We just had our first Steak Sandwich tomato last night on a turkey club sandwich. It was simply delicious. In my garden, it didn’t redden to a deep red on the outside, more of a dark pink, but it seemed ripe. When cut, it was definitely red on the inside. Very good tomato…happy with the taste, and there are many more on the vine. We planted probably two weeks later than it should have gone in, so maybe they would have been ready two weeks ago. Very happy with the taste!
