I actually purchased the 3 piece set – Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I have a shampoo that I adore, but they recently changed the pump and it doesn’t work – so – I purchased this set. They sent the 3 bottles and additionally they sent a lovely firm funnel AND an additional backup pump! So nice. My special shampoo and conditioner are thick. So it took me about 30 minutes to funnel the shampoo and conditioner – tap tap tap slowly in. After I completed the task, I realized the pump with the new kit might just twist into the bottles of my great shampoo – and sigh.. they did. So… I’m gonna use the hard one transferred shampoo and conditioner in the new bottles and then just use the pumpers when I begin a new bottle. Lesson learned. The set is solid white plastic (which does make it a little harder to see when it’s getting down there – unless you lift them). The pumps worker really well. And I am so impressed that they included a non-collapsible funnel AND an extra pump – just in case. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item – your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I also refuse to ‘change’ my review for a refund of a product I have given a poor review – and that is offered from time to time. It’s a shame they phased this rating system out because it did help you see who has been around the longest and who is a trustworthy reviewer.  I’ve been doing reviews for over 25 years with Amazon – over 6,200 reviews posted, those reviews have been viewed well over 50,000 times, including well over 26,000 likes. BOTTOM LINE:  I pay for all my stuff, just like you do.
