While this is a gentle bit, and it was recommended from the OTTB rescue I adopted my mare from, she doesnt seem inclined to listen as easily with it in. She does so much better with her egg butt snaffle. This WOULD be a great bit for a horse with more training.I MUST SAY this is THEE best made, sturdiest and most beautifully created bit Ive ever seen. I highly recommend the company!!!
